Replacement climate knobs for the First Gen Tundra!
มุมมอง 2.6Kหลายเดือนก่อน
Hey everyone! Short video to round out the year! A nice subscriber Michael reached out and recommended these climate control knobs as another option for our trucks. For less than $20 on Amazon, I figured I would give them a try. Installation is as easy as it gets, and they look nice too! Thanks for watching, and have a happy new year! - Sal As an Amazon Associate, I earn from qualifying purchas...
Installing a Vinyl Bed Cover on my First Gen Tundra
มุมมอง 2.2Kหลายเดือนก่อน
Hey everyone! In this video I walk through the installation of my new vinyl tonneau cover. It went together fairly easily, but did require some modification of the brackets that hold the frame in place. Even with that nuisance, I would still recommend it for someone who is looking to weatherproof their truck bed without spending tons of money on a hard tri-fold version or roll-n-lock. Hope you ...

Fixing my sunroof with a $10 junkyard part + interior refresh!

Hey there! In this video I took some time to step through replacing the sunroof dial on my 2004 Audi B6 A4. I got a replacement unit from a B7 A4 and it worked like a charm. I also spent some time cleaning up other parts of the interior making it feel a little more like "my car" after buying it a few months ago. Swapping the center console in my B6 Audi A4
มุมมอง 7K9 หลายเดือนก่อน
Hey there! In this video I step through the process to remove the center console in my B6 Audi A4 in order to swap in an updated console from a B7 A4. The updated console gives me cup holders and a lot more usable space than the existing console. It is a fairly straight forward process, and I hope this video helps explain how to complete the swap, including how to adjust the ebrake assembly whi...
Adjusting the drum brakes on my First Gen Tundra

Hey everyone, in this video I wanted to list out and review some of the things that I dislike about my 2002 First Gen Tundra. Overall, this truck has been awesome, reliable, and truly a workhorse. New idler and tensioner pulleys for my 2002 Toyota Tundra V8

Thanks for this video. It was very helpful. A question and a "poor me" story. I'm halfway though a swap-out. My truck has what looks like registration marks, one painted on the upper plate, three on the coil spring itself. Is it necessary that those marks line up on reinstallation? What effect would reinstallation have where the marks _don't_ line up? The reinstall went fairly smoothly, but the marks don't line up. Is there any reason why it's important they do? It doesn't seem to have affected handling I had to buy a new top plate for the driver side. The interior bolt on the top plate was 5/8" below the body. No socket, not even a crow's foot, could be used there. The nut was insanely frozen. Even after repeated spray lube and heat applications, it just won't budge. The other bolts limited the swing of wrenches. No way to use a nut buster. I didn't want to risk breaking the bolt, so I ordered another top plate. A $115 workaround for a frozen $3.00 nut. PS: Your hands look like mine after auto work. Thanks in advance. .

You can use ppf film on headlights to make restorations last years instead of months, without the health risks of 2k clear paint. If youve got an older vehicle and dont want to go through the process of a projector retrofit, look into HIR bulbs which are nearly twice as bright as stock. 9006 bulb sockets will accept 9012 HIR bulbs with a small modification to one of the mounting tabs. Basically plug and play
