Been in the hobby since I was a young kid, Sorry if my vids are not edited or professional but I love this hobby and I like to share my experiences!! Over here we may say things like gagagaga that’s just what we do when we get excited !! All the knowledge I have come to gather over the years took a lot of patience and a lot of sweat and blood poured into this sport to be able to do the things I do to be able to share with others. Patrick and daddy day out with the trucks!! Today was just a test for the kraton. We managed to keep temps down now with added fans and able to run longer the 5 min. Today’s run time was 18min on 7200mah lipos. Not horrible.

i think its rated for 6s but it worked well with my max5 on 8s.
@@chickenamburgsrc yes sir🙂 i have the max5 with stock motor and last week i ordered the 1650kv Motor😎 I was afraid it wouldn't fit

nice ! . looks strong for 30.5. which pipe do you think is better? vrc big bore or taylor? I have an obr pipe for my reed ss. it does not seem to me to be as powerful as they declare..
I think the Taylor is a great performance pipe! Hands down but I have not tested then vrc on the 30.5, however I have had a vrc on another Baja with a esp ported 32 and that worked well also
@@chickenamburgsrc I know bro )) maybe you should switch the pipes to each other )) Taylor pipe is suited best to 32-36cc Engines vrc is more suitable for smaller engines. I think it might be interesting to try it ))

Hell yea I had to at least test it out lol. My neighbors don’t seem to like it though
I just let mine idle for three tanks and let it heat cycle between those tanks cooling all the way down. Then run another tank or two back to back on the stand also giving it throttle finish break in quicker engine is broke in like most pros abs less room for error

Took mine out yesterday after sitting on a shelf for 3 years 2nd run the throttle servo gives out replaced it with a savix I had laying around . Servo had too much torque it caused the metal piece in the servo dacer to bend . Now I'm trying to find a new linkage
I just bought this same model. I dont know if I broke it in right. I followed the instructions in the manual. It says to run the car in figure eights, smoothly accelerating in the straights and coasting through the turns. But I am seeing most people recommend letting buring the first tank just idling. I didnt do that, but I didnt open up the throttle until after the 3rd tank. Did I do this correctly?
Alot of people run 4 tanks of idle. I let it run 2 tanks let it warm up on third tank then run it but I'm sure you will be fine. I have done it your way before with no bad results just keep an eye on Temps.. u want to see smoke and no higher then 220

Low end is lean
I was chasing that tune all day lean rich lean rich. I need to find the sweet spot where it turns good the whole time. I was finding it to tune ok but when I refilled it it would run really rich then down the 1/4 tank till it would start to lean itself out. I'm aware of the mid tank lean conditions on these engines and I'm trying to deal with it! More I experiment the better it will get.

Any downsides to this pipe? I read a lot of negative feed back on them but not a lot of people actually seem to run/have tried them
I think it did good. I never had it long but seemed to work well
