得閒上定，有D鐘向手，幾時都無壞。不過而家好多CPD 都係 ONLINE上，食住晏上。其實，唔需要太擔心。

在公司睇咗少少（有電話來就break咗），認真reply 下先： - 應該唔係本寨管果兩個會計谷，我地入面咁多audit partner 如蕭老闆你地 。。。。🤣🤣 - 我由上巿公司嘅auditor 至好蚊型firm 睇，態度係M 型分佈，大firm 係pro 啲，軟實力係manager grade 先有，所有junior 都唔求了，之前同四大夾，個consol 都係要MIC 用國慶假期自己ET同我review, 啲senior 或其他不知所蹤咯； - 細firm 有兩種，真係如你講乜叉都唔識，或老屎忽嘅識少少擺態度目中無人，我理解，事實細firm 難請人，你地老闆都賣佢怕，加上SME fee 咁少，點要求有軟性服務？ - 老實，細firm 老闆真係講商務經驗多過講技術，service scope 唔同，諗IPO 或special industry 嘢，或PE要求，真係第一時間會搵2nd tier 以上，搵 local 真係嘥時間，十間有九間話識，問兩句真係不如私下朋友約飲咖啡， 問四大或2nd tier friend 真係快靚正，不過當然收費好唔同（食得咸魚抵得渴） 總結：auditor 小朋友走嚟串嘅咪當佢唱歌，由其local firm, 心中笑下咪算囉，唔會同佢計較，做生意求財唔求氣，大家都係計緊收入與付出，配合到我地客戶又平嘅，理性合作啫，佢地唔好激到大老闆便可，上咗岸嘅生意人真係有少少拗氣，我真係見過因為得咗佢兩句，明知人地收得平都轉auditor, 真係得個攪字。 傾完。
謝尖寨, 認真, 詳細的留意. 去大排檔, 真係唔好要求酒店服務囉. 大家無引.
