Man, vardorvis is my last dt2 boss i have to grind out for all boss uniques (except for virtus) but it gives me the most trouble. Im a 82 att / 1 def pure with scythe but i still cant get kills, even with full inventory of food. This boss is so punishing (also because of the damage thru prayer, it adds up)
I mean people did it with 50 attack so it shouldnt be impossible?
I'm sure you've finished the grind by now, but if not, double spec. with voidwaker, switch to soulreaper until Vardorvis starts the enraged phase, throw your stacks and then switch to scythe. I'm 80 attack, 95 strength, 99 hp, 55 prayer 1 def and have gotten 60-70 kills the past two days while only dying a handful of times since trying this method out. Thralls are super handy here, too, if you're not using them already!
You're a beast man, how much prayer XP did you get while going for Zealot robes? Im 49 rn and want to max out at 55., not sure if I've given myself enough room lol

Tried to do this on the 60 att pure but no fang is really just so much different lol
I agree, i've done it on a 50 attack account and the HP regen/ chip damage fks you with low dps and makes getting kills extremely grindy. It's completable, but very difficult even with zero mistakes at low attack.
