I didn’t know about the fact that Tom Hiddleston’s favourite book is “Anna Karenina”, and for me, as a Russian, it is a great surprise and pleasure. You said you wanted to know where to go to get snacks in the UK , so , just go to where there is the punjabi , gujrati , south indian community is eg Birmingham, Ealing , etc that is where you can ask for the snacks & the ppl will help you out at the shop too Close to Oxford Street somewhere there is a ISKON buffet (Hare Rama Hare Krishna restaurant ), check if they have snacks as well If in London, then go to Bharitya Vidya Bhavan n you would be able to meet a bunch of people who would tell you where you can get what & they might even invite you for a meal to their home . Never eat Indian curries and veggies directly, always mix it with rice or use the naan bread as spoon to fit the curry and then have it.
