Nice shot, yup he busted you so you had to take it when you did. I got a bonus doe permit here in Maine zone 23 this year. The first deer I shot was a 118lbs doe I dragged out with my 1959 John Deer. The second was a 186 lbs buck no tractor with that one because he was in a steep ravine. Two of my friends and I took us three hours. No hunting over gauge here in Maine !
