Hello. I'm modding my Ender 3 pro to use it with a stealthburner with CAN. Can you please point me to the files and configs you used on your printer for the klicky? Thank you
wonder why its only 330 500 to a 1000 build vol would be fantastic at these speeds
Wait - was that crunch at the start tramming things, perhaps by stalling against a fixed reference point?
It wasn't supposed to do that. It always does a small Z down when homing and the bed was just too low..
@@Polar_Ted I mean, now you do have me wondering about putting three fixed limit switches on the bed and not having a probe at all :-).
I am struggling to set this up on my enderwire and not gonna lie seeing everyone else posting it up so easy hurts my soul lol GG though how do you like it a year later?
как сделал анимацию бегущих строк? и прокрутку меню.
Nice project, i have a sidewinder x1, i'd like to get the klickypcb for auto z offset calibration
Just curious, what's the belt you are using? It looks bigger than a normal gt2 9mm
GT2 6mm.. standard gates belts
Very cool
Nice
link to the stls?
Mobile raker is a really nice app
You figure a way to not lose 15mm of Y travel with this setup? Building a tri-zero + pandora gantry now, but the rear vertical Z extrusions interfere with the boop carriage.
You should put something in the wiring harnes to make it more stiff :D
Spare PTFE tube works great
🤣🤣🤣🤣
"Promo sm"
is DIY machine for solder? how can i get one thats so cool
It's a PD65 heat plate.. I posted a link in the description.
What acceleration are you able to run on it?
Is it the default 120mm bedsize?
Yes
That crunch at the start! nice work though!
with AWD, you can push it a lot more
Tidy up that wire cowboy 😉
prusa, bambu, creality have moved to direct nozzle probing using piezo or strain sensors.
How do you control the temp curve? Just a normal board with normal gcode?
Yeah, just a gcode file with G4 P and M109 commands.
Nice work!
Which led model did you use?
It's a custom PCB I designed with NeoPixel Nano WS2812B 2020 leds.
Hi this looks awesome where did you get the stl for that shroud?
I did NOT expect that to work.
Keep in mind that this is low temp solder paste for temperature sensitive components like LEDs. . It melts at 220 C. The next step is to write gcode to perform a ramp and reflow heat cycle.
I think how fast it stopped boiling due to there being no residual heat is just as impressive as how fast it started boiling
i dont recommend the rgb strobing lights, it makes the prints want to warp from dancing.
thats really funny. best of luck friend.
hi, do you mint share the stl for the EVA front mount klicky thx.

Hi I guess you think a ball screw is not needed right? I am planing my build and i am not sure if i should go fir a ball screw or not...
Let’s a gooooo
where plastic? WTH is the point moving a gantry with randomly chosen speed?
To check whether thing break or not, why waste plastic for testing.
@@mophie6941 to test it...
In theory, to check whether e-steps are lost or not during such fast movements In reality, you'll see "800mm/s, 20k accel" in the title and click it
@Repka Tre it looks fast but does not corespond to real printing speed, until we know more about this particular machine
this is more of a demo. but you do it it test how sudden accelerations are going to affect your motors. If they lose a few steps your part is fucked
How is the accuracy with this? Do you find you need to still modify the offset in klipper?
other than the initial dialing in of the switch offset setting it's very reliable.
Thats very nice 👍
It's been on the machine for 4 months now. It's a solid performer.
I got it put on my vzbot! Excellent mod. I'm getting a much larger offset than you though, I think I need to improve my manual configuration first. I have your v6 mod as well and love it. Excellent work!
@@M1America You can fine tune the calculated offset by adjusting the switch_offset variable. "The "z_calibration:switch_offset" is the already mentioned offset from the switch body (which is the probed position) to the actual trigger point above it. A starting point for this value can be taken from the data sheet of the Omron switch (D2F-5: 0.5mm and SSG-5H: 0.7mm). It's safe to start with a little less depending on the squishiness you prefer for the first layer (for me, it's about 0.46 for the D2F-5). So, with a smaller offset value, the nozzle is more away from the bed! The value cannot be negative."
@@Polar_Ted How about the bed mesh? I am using relative positioning from the front left, which is the same part of the bed im doing the z-calibration on. Bad Idea? My switch offset is coming out to be .53. And the calculated offset is somewhere in the 0.6 range. It varies quite a lot actually, does that mean I need a nozzle wipe?
TY for the comment about the reduced offset being further from the bed. I overlooked that haha.
