Bro I'm facing same issue.. and if this problem happen in traffic than its a mess. Have to move couple pf inches to make it work again. I have taken it to service centre also but they did some work.. and it worked well for 100 kms but than again this problem had arrived. Also gear shifting noise is high as compared to before 1st service. What's the best solution please tell me

I didnt know whether it was a problem with my driving pattern or the issuw with the hunter 350 bs6 phase 2 gearbox but 2 days after drivibg the motorcycle in city traffic, I noticed a harsh sound coming from the gearbox while moving from 1 to 2nd gear. Also the same problem happened to me when I had to slow down suddenly, I had to change the gear from 5th to 2nd. The gears weren't changing so I had to release the clutch a bit. This induced torque in the gearbox and caused clucking sound again. I am worried I might cause wear to the transmission. Please help😢😢😢

Hi, can anyone tell me that is the clutch is hard in Hunter?

When it stucks release the clutch slightly move your bike and then shift it will shift idk why this happens but this is the solution according to my dad who manufactures bike and three wheeler part new clutch is sharp and the clutch needs to be release to disengage the gear

I too faced the same problem so had asked the service center about it they said that these gear box need to be shifted when the bike is moving hence this happens when you panic break or maybe bring the bike to complete stop without having the change to lower the gear it happens sometimes in traffic or in most of situations so the easy solution for this is to let go the clutch slightly around 20-30% after lowering or pressing down the gear shift and do the same So yeah people I think I answered for this if you guys have any more questions about the hunter 350 hit me with it cuz I keep studying my bike :-)

This is crash guard. Not a leg guard. It won't protect your leg after fall 😅

I think it is scraping because of the weight, no offense.. I test rode it with pillion and crossed similar speedbreakers without any problem.. My weight is 73 and my pillion was around 65. You're 6'4" and not lean (again no offense), and you have a pillion as well.. Not to forget, sump guard lowers the ground clearance even more...
