Didn't want to take many risks as it was soaking wet so mostly just cruised around, had so much fun though!
I may be a convert, analogue is definitely adrenaline packed fun but this HD 1080p 60fps to the goggles is AMAZING. Much safer too as you can easily check around you and avoid obstacles easier.
10/10 highly recommend

I thought it was one hit (5:41), but looks like 2 actually (another at 4:06), you can tell as the propeller guards come more into frame after it aha :D with the 2nd probably as a result of me not noticing the camera angle change (I fly 30-45 usually) oooopsies! Wish I had finished the dive with flips with a pullout under the arch-ey trees :D wasn't 100% on my altitude though and wanted to make sure I knew where I was going as this is a public park. 09/03/22, can't be bothered to put in the time perfecting it to get higher :D come soooo far in flying ability since starting to sim 5-10mins a day everyday ;)

You can tell from the first lap I had no idea where the map wanted me to go but by the 2nd/3rd I quickly picked it up... it's fun getting better at flying drones because map knowledge becomes less important than quick reflexes and predicting/remembering the route quicker
Third attempt of this race, not bad but loooads of room to speed it up :)

Congrats on your upgrade! I only have one 85, but it's so much fun to fly once you get the feel for that extra power. Great flying! Loved that tower dive.

Hahaha this comment just made my day and I rewatched this, I proper went for it on that second battery at the start! can you tell it was 15mph wind and 25mph gusts in these 2 flights? :D this little drone is a machine Had it out in similar winds a few days ago but forgot my goggles SD card D: was proper full beansing too :D Cannot wait for BetaFPV's refinement of the Air65 from this drone, it flies like a dream for something so tiny!

@@CamimalFPV Right on! I like a little wind surfing. Barreling into it, turning around and taking that tail wind and fuuuuck
This is during 20mph+ gusts btw on a 65mm.... insane the amount of power this BetaFPV Air65 Champ Edition pumps out (you can tell from the battery being dropped to 3.2v constantly during flight :') in such high winds it gives lots of fluttering sounds too, which I really enjoy personally - the sound of control engineering exerting control ;)
