Got the opportunity to participate in a "parade lap" around the circuit. Really great fun, but got stuck behind the slowest person in the parade. Hope to go back out next year!

Finished rebuilding my Suzuki Alto Works engine (for the second time). Only real big upgrade was brand new JE pistons/rings and a slight bore from 65mm to 65.5mm. No longer 660cc (sorry Japan). Made 105 WHP and 89Wheel Torque. Peak power around 6500rpm This is not a stock Alto (duh), there's a lot of modifications that have gone into it. Specs listed here: th-cam.com/video/gXwFwnvZFrY/w-d-xo.html On a Mustang dyno. Alto was in FWD mode. Maxed out at 7500rpm. (?) We were pushing ~17psi from the turbo. Hit 0.79 Lambda on the AFR.

Swapped out the injectors and ECU on the Alto. Here are a few clips of the crappy idle and some pulls. Howdy folks, I recently installed an Air Fuel Ratio gauge on the Alto. This is one step closer to swapping from the N1 ECU to the N2. I will be switching the puny stock injectors for 300cc ones. I'm pushing 1 bar (14.5psi) of boost with the HT07 turbo installed. still have it, 5 years now! engine rebuild just took time and patience, some parts are easy and others are very hard.

What is the best site you've found for buying parts from japan? what exhaust are you running? I'm running an Apexi N1 Evolution but its not loud enough for me.
It's a custom exhaust. Straight 2" pipe from the downpipe back, and a Blox mini muffler (2.5").

Where did you source the monster sport ecu from? I’m building out a wagon r with the same f6a motor and might need it for when I put on a bigger turbo. Also hypothetically how would you go about putting an external wastegate on the car if you could? Or is the engine bay to tiny. Also what exhaust is that? Or did it come with the car.

where did you even find some of these parts? Most websites I've looked at are Black Hawk Japan and RHD Japan but they don't have stuff like a reinforced timing belt or a N2R ECU. And the Suzuki Sport N2R ECU's I can find for sale are for cars like the Kei Works with the K6A motor not the F5A or F6A I assume this Alto has.
+1 To this! I was also going to ask about some of your go-to resources for what parts fit. Would love to hear all about a Haltech if that is something you are considering. Thanks so much for sharing all your build info!
honestly triple digits in a tiny box that weighs 1700 pounds is terrifying and thats why I'm also hoping to build out my Suzuki Wagon R Turbo to make such powah. It shares a platform with the Alto I think and shares the exact motor just with a different head
