I called them they discontinued making this 😢. Called Carson in March 2024...

I was sent the expression dry plus Paul Mitchell hair dryer it's the worst hair dryer I've ever had the design is bad where the control handles are the right where your hand go you're always hitting them up and down so you have to position your hand over the cool shot and you'll still slip down your continuously adjusting the controls it's extremely loud it's like you turn it off and say oh my God I found it to be extremely heavy and I also found my hair was very frizzy I don't know where that came from upon using this dryer I went back to using my old dryer my hair is like silk like it used to be it's something about that hair dryer, VERY disappointed with this hair dryer I was so looking forward to it..
