Weight is mentioned on the seller page clearly. About the quality of wheels and handle bar - I am right now in Thailand and have been using this bag in all conditions and it still feels good as new.

It can't be used as a car seat. I haven't taken it on an airplane yet but I believe you can store it in the overhead bin. It should work for a 1 month old baby

Durability and reliability - yes. In my opinion the quality of Uppercase is better than skybag and American tourister. I don't know about after sales service though since I have never had the use for it yet
