In the near future Uber is going to get put in a big lawsuit or taken to the supreme Court because as of now Uber always standing on those violence misbehave and unsafe abuse riders against those friendly drivers that's why riders can just lie on you and you have no way of defending yourself because riders treat us really bad they act like they're playing like $500.For the drivers' right protection , they needs to be a new rules that challenges Uber and also Lyft. The new rules should have these characteristics: 1. Dashcams with from and back video should be made mandatory and part of the actual terms of service so riders can't complain when they see dashcams in the car. 2. When a rider complains to a level where it threatens to deactivate the driver, the rideshare company should ask for a copy of the video for a review to make a decision. 3. Drivers should be able to receive tenure. If they accomplish, say 2 or 3000 rides with good ratings, they should be given the choice to opt out of the rating system completely. If a rider has a complaint about an experienced, opted out driver, they should be given a phone number to call and explain themselves, just as they would with a taxicab company.That's what Uber and also Lyft should do for the drivers' right protection . Those kind of sick violence riders need to get terminate there Uber account for ever to get banned kicking them outside the service by putting them in the black list in order to learn their lesson to behave and become respectful with the Uber drivers and the vehicle to keep it clean especially who they are eating,drinking and smoking with no permission and also the UberX riders are over the limit especially who they are more than 4 or 6 and 7 passengers if the ordered UberXL or SUV and they don't care if we got pull over by the police and getting a citation which is illegal against the law . They don't deserve a great service with Uber at all and its very annoying ,super awkward and very rude when they ask the driver turning on the radio very loud beside ignoring the drivers chatting among to each other .I don't blame the drivers whose kicking them out of their car which is the right thing for the safety . Uber Support should penalize those misbehave sick rides by taking a serious action against those sick passenger to straight up quieting being bossy to become nicer,respectful and stop treating the drivers as a slave working for them acting like being bossy and also keeping our vehicle clean with no mess or damages .Also those misbehave with no respect for the friendly Uber drivers and their vehicle should kick out of the Uber service if they tried forcing us by those jerks rude riders as a drivers to risk our self breaking the traffic law no matter what if you loaded more than the limit of the passenger inside our vehicle or asking us for parking on the illegal spot and they don't care if we got pulled by the police and getting a citation on our vehicle got towed and those kind of sick passengers don't care if you lost your job .Uber also need to run a background check for the riders every year by uploading their ID in order to keep the drivers and the business safe against those unsafe riders threaten the Uber safety by using this service to commit a crime such as : drugs,prostitution ,robbery and felony and also riders must be over +18 years old making sure that miner child are not allowed to be on Uber rides alone without having an escort such as parents in order to avoid those " unaccompanied minors " .Uber should band any dangerous riders for life and make sure drivers are safe.Any insult to the Uber driver made by those aggressive passengers should banned from the Uber service and also Uber should sued for not providing drivers rights of protection by standing on those violence misbehave riders sides !!

Don’t forget...some riders just like to ding your ratings for no particular reason then to hurt a high-rated driver. If a rider gives less than five-stars there must be a mandatory explanation from the rider or the rating will be removed.
