I heard this on Nick Hart's first album - I think it's a tune he got from a friend but I can't find any evidence of that song being recorded anywhere! Really happy with how this turned out. The river in the song is the River Fleet, which was turned into an underground sewer in London as the city industrialised.

It's a very nice sound to hear a quartet of electrics, and it works really nicely with this Renaissance style of composition I think.

The bass line in this song sounds a lot like Don't Matter to Me by Drake. Must be a pretty common chord progression. I don't know music theory so maybe someone else can enlighten me as to what the progression is Also nice job dude
Yeah I think it would usually be written as vi-I-IV (using roman numeral system). In this it's Gm, Bb, Eb. You can play pretty much half (if not more maybe) of popular songs just using the chords I, IV, V and vi. And let's be honest, they do sound good!
