He's about 5'10 and 150, a medium would be fine they're supposed to be a bit big because they're an outer shell.

These are from a seller called Shark breeder.I've work mine multiple times in the rain and washed it once and still is fine. I believe you'll start to notice if it needs a fresh coat but the one it comes with seems to be very durable.
next time turn the music volume more down. 70% sound of talking and 30% would be better.
