Ugandans eat organic foods and not too much oil. You just went to Kampala. Kiryandongo, people speak swahili. Districts along kenya border people speaks swahili

Food handling methods are deserving. Very unhygienic. 🤮 People need to be taught how to handle food for public consumption. I blame the government for not inspecting such places and for not requiring training and licensing based of hygiene food handling training.
