I like Thailand because of its natural beauty. But I don't value the people here. I learned a lot of bad things about their culture. They are superficial, dishonest, greedy , arrogant and manipulative. They only want foreign money. For some reason They know that tourism is important in Thailand. But they still refuse to study Western languages. They will not forgive poor Thai pronunciations, they have no idea how hard their language is. don't go to Thailand for socializing, it's a waste of time. Unless you're a masochist.

The kindness of Thai people is only on the surface in reality. Why do they help foreigners who don't speak their language? Scams services, double pricing for foreigners, xenophobic rude Thais, expensive ATM withdrawal fees, pollution, traffic, police corruption, authoritarian, freedom suppressing regime that is currently in power, thieving monkeys , money-thirty ladies and too much of ladyboys. That video didn't show reality , it was only for just a promoting advertisement to give worldwide people a false hope about thailand. only the beginning was realistic, not the rest of the video. People refusing to learn English that help a foreigner who barely speak Thai? This makes no sense! they can barely speak with them! they helped him only because they were Buddhists i guess? this video is a ridiculous fantasy, it's like a propaganda to give a good image of Thailand. I've heard about a foreigner got his body messed up from heat stroke after taking a jog in Chiang Mai. After he recovered, he said that he's so greatful for the Thais that came to donate blood for him despite not knowing him at all. Thais donate blood on regular basis for benefits and out of good will, but this time, after the locals know that he's almost dying from the kidney failure, people came to donate blood just for him.
You were lucky not to get killed by throwing rocks at people's car. There are lots drug dealers and these people are packed even with Uzis driving around.
