What are your export settings?
Render format is h.264 and make sure to check "Render at maximum depth" and "Use maximum render quality" in Premiere Pro
@@quinnarrowsmithfilms I meant how did you get it to be wider than a normal youtube video? It even fills up the screen on my phone and doesn't have the black bars on the sides.
@@fouryearproductions If you want to change your aspect ratio to match mine, go into your sequence settings and adjust the resolution to 3840 x 1634. Hope this helps.
@@quinnarrowsmithfilms Did you shoot this with anamorphic lenses?
@@fouryearproductions The footage was all shot on a spherical lens. To achieve a 2.35:1 aspect ratio, I cropped the image in post instead of shooting it natively on an anamorphic lens. With this approach, you do lose some information on the top and bottom of the frame, but it also provides the flexibility of reframing the footage during post-production, as well as getting that "cinematic look"
What camera, camera lens and filters did you use to film all this on? rather inspiring
I'm glad you found it inspiring! As for gear, I used the Blackmagic Pocket 4K cinema camera with an Olympus M.Zuiko Digital ED 12-45mm f/4 PRO lens. For filtration, I used a standard, inexpensive variable ND filter-nothing too fancy.

Not bad at all! I agree the filming needs a bit of spiffing-up (its a bit too shaky), but I loved the everyday-look for the horror....& the ending actually made my head snap around! Eerie stuff!
2:05 What made her so suspicious of the doll so soon?? Premonition perhaps? Now, back to the film....
The doll was already on the couch before the dad showed up back and and with the doll.
The doll looks like "Meister Proper" - a trademark from Germany. Google it, really funny.
I...didn't get this at all. My hunch is that this is supposed to be profound or metaphysical...like the candles and lighter represent life or somethin, but I could be wrong. Any explanation?
