That's a house? Looks like a 90s office building from the outside. The common spaces (entrance, living room, upstairs walkway, etc) also have a commercial look. It does have a lot of space, and the indoor pool and basketball court are cool.

Social media platforms are not shared and there are many problems in your TH-cam channel. You need to optimize your channel and do video SEO to reach your target audience. My grandparents used to live here, moved there from the Brewster Projects in the 50's. The house fell into disrepair after my grandmother's death. I had so many good memories there...sitting on the front porch with my grandparents (where there were climbing rose bushes and potted marigolds), the freshly washed laundry drying on the clotheslines in the backyard, the festive block parties... A cousin recently sent me a photo of the work that's being done there. So far, so good. I haven't seen the finished product yet, as I now live in Mid-Michigan.

Having lived only 20 miles from Bloomfield Hills over 20 years of my life, my first question is How can you afford to HEAT that place in winter? It gets below zero in February there. The heating bill alone would bankrupt a millionaire within five years. I won't mention insurance and security or power.

basement was NOT 'waterproofed', the interior system is a water diverting system, not waterproofing. 2:15 mark, they covered 2 crs blocks up off floor to hide, conceal water/mold/efflorescence n maybe somedeteriorating blocks, above that membrane is more efflorescence that was painted over
