Thanks. This is just moving the transition. It’s trimming one clip at the expense of your other clip. If you hover your mouse over the top right corner this lets you trim the clip as if the transition wasn’t there.

how to also save any animations you add to the text. e.g. the text pumps once using keyframes. can you also save that preset? thks

My preview stills come in the browser at 10 seconds, but in the settings preference window I set my still duration at 7 seconds. i try to clear range by clicking option x, then i try to click out and then on the still. Again it still shows a range of 7 seconds. The last range I put in seems to stay until changed. Is that the way it supposed to show up? 😂 Thanks.

Hi, I am having a problem with FCP I save an image from the internet and when I import the Photo to my TImeline it does not give me an option to move it to the side.. How do I do that? and also How do I add a sliding in or effect when the picture appears?

An even better way is to get an Apple Magic Mouse with a finger touch surface and then you can always scroll by swiping your finger. So much easier.
