You don't have to write the key back to the EWS,you just read EWS,put blank key in,then press WRITE! ;-)Done!

Exactly! Every video I watch, they do the same thing, re-write it twice. They just 'copy cat' the very first video they watch. But don't really understand the procedure.

OMG. Buy some flux, tin that iron. They would make your soldering 1000% easier... ;)
If you go to “Set” you can change it to verify. That way the machine will read or write twice and compare it to verify a good read or write automatically.
