Cabin Hill Dairy
เข้าร่วมเมื่อ 22 ก.ย. 2020
My name is Paul Boesl and I am a Wisconsin dairy farmer! I am 3rd generation on this farm but my family has been farmers for many generations before. My grandpa started this farm in 1969 and we’ve been here since then. My parents purchased the farm in the late 90s and my wife Catherine and I plan be there next owners. My goal with this channel is to document day to day life on the farm to show people what all goes into dairy farming and help people learn and understand more about the dairy industry. I also think of this channel as video journal that I can look back on to see our progress as a farm. A little bit about our farm: we milk about 250 Fleckvieh and Fleckvieh cross cows and we raise corn, alfalfa, grass and some cover crops to feed all of our cattle. Hope you stick around and enjoy the show!
Better Late Than Never... last day of manure before planting
In this video we rent an artex manure spreader to get our bedding pack manure spread more quickly so we can finish planting. I also give a crop update. Hope to have another video up soon.

Hi guys it's Catherine! I thought it would be fun to film a short little video about some of the things I do. As you will see in the video some of my jobs on the farm include keeping stalls clean, watch for heats, mating and breeding animals, feeding calves, treating sick animals, and helping where needed. I hope you guys enjoy this video and leave your comments and questions down below!
