I bought cherry plum from Walmart. It’s really taste good. I will germinate two for my backyard. I did for white peach and keep three two years ago. Now one of peach tree almost 10 foot. Other two are over six foot.

How tall do they grow?

Nice video.. When hammering around the edges, the shell opens quicker when tapping on the ends.. Very light pressure with pliers on the upper and lower edges will increase the ends to open more..

Got seeds from a really mature fruit, it's already dark starting to try on the tree but the inside is still sticky. Haven't seen any germination.

I think it is difficult to grow plums as the seeds of commercial Japanese plums don't germinate and grow well.
