@@SolarPlayer-fn6fi And pucci is way faster, he has around infinite speed with MIH. The real issue is how Jotaro barley did anything in that 5 seconds, he wasted it all, even if time is acceleraed its still around 3-2 seconds enough time for him cause he moves at faster than light speeds

There is a difference when jotaro was fighting with dio and pucci when he was fighting with dio he was alone and when he was fighting with Pucci he was with his daughter.
