Hey man, your english is good :) The track has changed over the years, and the version in Assetto Corsa has much bigger kerbs on the inside ("Sausage kerbs") that they didn't have 20 years ago. These kerbs are very high, and if you hit them with an F1 car you will most likely lose control, unless you are very lucky. Also, the kerb physics in Assetto Corsa arent the best. In other words, try to avoid them, byt get as close as possible. Last corner is hard. I see on my best lap I braked right before the little green astroturf rectactangle ends (between the 100m board and 50m board) I also briefly go into 3rd gear. Gear choice will depend on gear ratios, so not always so straight forward to compare. Its a hard corner with a wheel and pedals, so I can only imagine how it is on a m&kb. My biggest tip with the last corner is to not focus too much about braking super late. Instead focus on getting a great exit, since that will help you all the way down the mega long straight. If you brake even just a couple of meters too late, you will get a poor exit and lose a lot of time. Braking even 10 meters to early doesnt cost as much. Hope this helps :D

@@shawn197 im really impressed with your laps mane, thx for the reply, yeah its awfull sometimes to drive with m&kb but kinda fun too, i keep doing 1:22 which is meh, ok for me but im trying to beat this time with the williams i consider that car and bar honda at the same level with the f2004 although f2004 handling is excellent and hard at the same time and on the other hand williams will punish you if you miss even slightly the apex, congrats on the spa records bruh, im awfull there i consider it to be even harder than nordschleife mainly because of that 300kmh left hander sector, 1:44 is my best time there with the w15, but yeah good luck on your runs in the future tho 🙏 we are rooting for you

@@Nurburgring00 too much throttle is my guess. Though in this game, at least with the current physics, the cars will slide quite a bit, and that is the fastest way to drive them

@@Ruben_1012 lap is valid in the game. Also, go watch a F1 race from this era and see how they deal with track limits. I can recommend looking up Austria 2003 for and watching how they take t1 😄

@@Ruben_1012 you haven’t been following racing long, have you? The whole “go over the white line and the lap is invalid” is a pretty recent thing. Just look up the pole lap from 2020 for example, Hamilton goes over the white line at least three times. I guess you should call the FIA and tell them that they screwed up? Of course a game from 2014 doesn’t use the same nonsense track limit rules that are being used 10 years later. And of course anyone who know anything about driving fast will use as much track as they are allowed both in a game, and in real life.

@@BevaliValiBoss it’s not. Can’t remember if it was at one point, but don’t think so. And yeah trail braking is a must to go really fast. You can see the pedal inputs down on the left part of the screen

@@zqmin-ee6ki the setup I used at Monza is linked in the Monza video. Low 1:19 is already very good. To knock off the last few tenths it’s all about marginal gains everywhere. If you post a video I’d be happy to look at it

They do, but the biggest difference is the huge downforce advantage. But it is a fun here, first half of the lap the F2004 is fastest, but the last part the SF70 is faster. Over all, they are pretty much equal over a lap.

@@Ursus.- yeah I think he maybe had a period where he calmed down, and was fairly reasonable to deal with, so he got offered admin. But that didn’t work to well so he got booted :P

Two ways, either using content manager when driving offline (highly recommended in general) or when going on servers online with such conditions. Back in the days of rsr being active 10c was the lower limit that was allowed, since that is the lowest in vanilla ac. So this lap was at 10c.

Just copy the settings from the ps4 monza one and you are good to go

Thanks! It’s a very hard corner to nail in this car. First of all you need to be on low fuel, and the conditions need to be good (this is 10c air). You also need to be very precise on turn in, slightly too early or too late and you can’t take it flat. You also have to use all the track on entry. Notice I am on the kerb, and almost on the grass.

@@goongumps the «ideal» conditions are very far from ideal. Colder is faster, as the air is denser and thus you get more power and aero. Going from 26 to 10c is probably worth 1-1,5 seconds. Even colder is even faster, but when rsr live timing was a thing 10c was the minimum limit, and this lap is on rsr. You need to up the tyre pressures a bit to get the most out of the cold conditions though

@@shawn197 Wow this is very insightful. I thought lower tyre temps would be better for colder tracks since it would generate more heat in the tires and higher temps = more grip. And on the opposite you'd run higher pressure on hotter tracks so the tyres don't overheat.

@@goongumps it’s not that much about tyre temperatures, more about contact patch. When the outside temp is colder, the pressures will drop compared to the same pressures in normal temperature. So to avoid having low pressures you add some pressure when it’s cold. Opposite when it’s really warm. In ac having the correct tyre pressure is more important than having the optimal temperature, though ideally you want both.

Yeah some mods in AC are very unrealistic, this is one of them. Can still be fun though, like the F1 games or Gran Turismo

When we tested the car at Monaco we actually had issues with the car driving on two wheels in the corners lol That was partly due to most of the Monaco mods having too much track grip, but still never had it happen in any other car!
