For 7 to 9 million I would just get me 5 players and pay them $1 to 2 million and make a top 10 team.

I can see BYU do 3m, but I am not sure about 7-9m. It is not that they don’t have the money, but they can spend on other talented players BYU could really develop into stars for the NBA. They have the staff to do it. Their current team is already looking scary!
