Funnily enough, the group that you showed next to the Station Forge figures off Etsy were actually sculpted by Saint Decent, who herself was responsible for the sculpts of the Heretic Forces infantry.

I've played this a few times very good system but as you say needs a good GM to run it

I've backed for the Black Grail army, so will be attempting kitbashing for the first time. Mostly using Geiger, Tetsuo and Silent Hill for inspiration. Should be a giggle!

The good guys look like bad guys, and the bad guys are way worse. As for ideas, I INSTANTLY thought of 300 and HR Gieger (though I was trying to consider how I could use his work and still avoid the sci-fi ""Alien" aspects. Great job!

Thanks for the vid. Doesn't look like my type of game but glad its getting the traction it is. For the pilgrims may be check out the art of 2000ad's Torquearmada online. I remember as a teen it had a very trench crusade/inquisition grim dark feel. Keep up the good work.

Late to the video as usual. I hope your feeling better. That mini turned out really nice, I especially like the way the blue pops from the drab base colour. The skin turned out amazing, you caught that desiccated look really well.

Thanks for the mention, although I dont think I could take credit for the technique. The video will be very helpful to newbies to the hobby, and the later half will even have something for old timers like me. I really like the tea leaf basing, but have never done it. Do you oven dry them? Is varnishing them enough to keep them from going mouldy? Best wishes

Nice and concise. I think alot of newer people to the hobby need videos like this. There are alot of other vids like this out there, but they are often done by people who have won golden demons etc. I think alot of them have forgotten what its like to not take 12 hours painting a face lol!

You're not the first person to have this idea. There's some guy on ebay who sells 2nd edition spacemarines on the sprue and paints them, even puts them in a frame
