มุมมอง 24013 ปีที่แล้ว
Lauch of STS-135, space shuttle Atlantis on July 8th, 2011. View is from a bridge approximately 11 miles north of the launch pad. Taken with a Canon T1i @ 250mm. Sorry for the shaky video, I was a bit excited! :)

Busch Stadium Demolition and Construction Time Lapse
มุมมอง 61K16 ปีที่แล้ว
A time lapse video of the demolition of Busch Stadium II and the Construction of Busch Stadium III.
stunning
0:03 on the left is the old busch stadium and on right you see signs of new one
Thanks for the heads up on that.
It's ok😐
And then the Georgia Dome! 1992-2017 why?
And Turner Field 1997-2016 but at least that still stands as the football stadium for Georgia State University
Thanks for posting.
0:09 looks like something burned down
The new Busch stadium was finished in the same year I was born
I love it so much!
This is the best!
Wish it stayed demolished
Micah Eamus Catulis Wrigley field is a shithole
That's true, smells like piss.
The arches at the top of the stadium were supposed to imitate the Gateway Arch and also make the stadium look like it was topped with a cap like a bottle of busch beer.
how on earth did they auction off all this Busch stadium 2 stuff and then tear town the stadium remove the debris AND finish a less than a 5th of Busch stadium 3 all before the 2006 season? the cards made it to 6 games of the 2005 NLCS that season so had to gave started immediately after that game right?? anyone know???
'Merica
It was also aided by a rather warm and largely snow-free winter. Notice the few and far between lapses of everything covered in snow in the video.
Actually There Are Still Seats From The Old Busch Memorial Stadium At The Cardinals Hall Of Fame Mueseum
Did you know that the arch was in construction at the same time as Busch 2
The old Busch stadium
Busch 2, or, Busch, also. Either way, this Bud is for Busch, too.
The arch was built 1963-1965 ("topped off" October 28, 1965), but not yet complete technically. The arch itself and the tram cars did not open until July 24, 1967.
What type of camera was used for this?
Nice
As a Missourian, the bush ll was demolished when I was born. The new one is quite interesting to. Also the new one has The VERY FIRST!!! Ballpark. Village ever in baseball history. I love the XBOX room. GO CARDS 2015!!LGC2015! LGB2015! LGR2015
Glitchy 101 they suck a lot
If you say so.
@@CubsFan-cx5vb The St.louis Cardinals organization is walking on that shitty Cubs franchise and always will.
geez 5 months!
sad
What is wrong with your spelling?
Busch Memorial Stadium was easily the best "cookie cutter" stadium. It had these cool arches on top of it and in the end after Football moved out of it it was one of the best stadiums in America. RIP Busch Memorial Stadium 1965-2005.
u can already see the new stadium under construction
I was amazed at the speed they built Busch III after the 2005 season. The Cardinals made the NLCS that year, so they were playing at Busch II until mid October. They were playing at Busch III 5 1/2 months later.
@leroyjenkinsbbuzzman dunno, it looked pretty awesome
@wwefan619999 A lot of internal problems, such as Plumbing/piping etc. On leaving Busch II and going into Busch III, Tony La Russa said, "It's gonna be nice not hearing everytime someone goes to the bathroom"

Doesn't St. Louis still have the field of Busch Statium II?
DustinAlanSmith no
The field surface, no, but a scale model of the Busch II infield, in its exact location, is in Ballpark Village just outside the Cardinals Nation museum.
@lewirocks yes
theotherguy245689 no
Damn... that was fast.
What was rong about the old busch?
Really hot. And had aging issues
what was that smoke in the backgound at the beginning of the video? it looked like a big fire
Brian Nowicki time travel
Nice video, the song sets the mood perfectly. I haven't yet had the pleasure of visiting the new stadium, but "Busch Stadium" to me will always be the old one.
