    Thank you for sharing this - very interesting. If I may make one point, the idea that we have a "potential" ("Maximise our Potential") seems to have serious issues. Do we draw from a finite well that defines whether we're capable of making it or not? Are we somehow genetically limited to a preset threshold? Modern neuroscience tells us otherwise. No doubt in sports there are physical limitations but even those can be overcome - short basketballers etc. Anyway - just my 2 cents worth. Cheers and thanks - Dave

    • @charlieboscoe957
      @charlieboscoe957 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks for the message - you raise an interesting point. I personally believe that we do have a preset threshold in both our physical and mental capabilities. BUT most of us operate well below those thresholds and can always find a way to get closer to them, as well as discovering ways to work around them. Just my opinion!

    I can relate so much to what has been said about believing what we are supposed to believe with regards what we are told through academic class. In reality we learn our own way through our own experiences. When with my clients always indicate that I have never read a book, done a degree, course or workshop, PHD or research project on them, neither has (unless they have) any of the academic writers or teachers. The client hasn't either. We are doing 1st. (If that makes sense?). Great podcast.
