While regular missiles won’t do damage to the Chozo Ghosts, Super Missiles will, also you didn’t need to use Super Missiles to destroy the pillars in the Sun Tower, you just need to fire 3 regular missiles, that way you would’ve been able to get that missile expansion without running out of missiles.
