UNA PORQUERIA DE RECEPCIONISTA. Un señor recepcionista de este hotel Nos saco de la sala de espera del Hotel faltando unas horas para hacernos entrega de la habitacion que habiamos reservado y apesar que ya habia corroborado la informacion NOS SACO COMO UNOS PERROS A LA CALLE. nos toco dormir a borde de carretera a mi esposa y a mi al lado de una estacion de policia. El trato de esta persona fue totalmente INHUMANO von nosotros por ser extranjeros.....NO TE RECOMIENDO QUE VAYAS A ESTE HOTEL es preferible pagar un poco mas pero no arriesgar tu vida en las calles de rio de janeiro.

I was there! First day we got stuck in elevator and stuff member and dad of my friend got in a big fight cause he didn't wanna tell us how many people can be in the elevator. Than 5th day we tried to take some apples to the beach but stuff s1aid we can't do it, and my aunt got in a fight with stuff because, like she said, hotels with 5 stars should give people to take meals at the beach, and they don't give us to take apples. My aunt was so loud that me and my brother ran throught hallway screaming: We don't know who this woman is😂 We went to take our toy flamingo and than ran straight to the beach with our friend. Than last 2 days we were in that big storm where 7 people died. I remember the waitress started flying while holding the umbrella and others were pulling her down😂 That was a crazy trip but I would do it again😂
