This is actually something I’d listen to with some inspirational dialogue in the background. Reminding you that things will get better, and that it’s not the end of the world. Sometimes you need to hear that. Reflection is always good, but it should never be done negatively. As you live, you may suffer, but never forever, and not all the time.
