Yeeeeeah, with the only two characters that come to mind being Novel Kars and DIO. But, those two aren't Canon. And due to Them scaling slightly below Any of the main Protagonists of Persona, it's a Stalemate.

I don't doubt Cole will beat Misaka, he's a lot more brutal than Misaka usually is. But don't underestimate Misaka, she isn't specialized in fighting but that doesn't mean she doesn't know how to defend herself in close-range combat. Misaka has a 360° radar that detects electricity, she has light-speed reflexes and she also has experience in swordsmanship because making swords with iron sand is part of her arsenal. She physically has super sonic speed but can travel riding her beam and thus reach the speed of light. Her physical strength is 325 kg, exceeding the strength of a normal adult and she can increase her strength, durability and speed by manipulating her own body's muscles. Out of curiosity, this ability is called Rampage Dress and is originally from Hokaze Junko, a level 4 whose power is to manipulate her own body's electricity. Junko used Rampage Dress to exchange punches equally with Gunha, which is very powerful. Gunha punches rocks as if they were nothing, dispels lightning by touching them and stops metal bars with his head. It was Junko who taught Misaka the Rampage dress. With that, I don't doubt Misaka can dodge Cole or face him head on, exchanging punches equally, breaking the ice with her punches or using the iron sand sword to cut him in half, as the sword vibrates and so, It turns into a chainsaw cutting everything in sight. Furthermore, water has a pair of electrons so I wouldn't doubt Misaka could manipulate it even in a solid state. I mean, water is also composed of oxygen and Misaka has already manipulated oxygen to detonate it, transformed oxygen into ozone, created wings using water vapor and made a liquid-proof Railgun in the novel. That is, your ability to control things is at a subatomic level. This also applies to regeneration. Unless Cole's control over electricity is on a subatomic level as well, Misaka could take control of his electricity and stop the regeneration or control his atoms so he doesn't regenerate. Misaka could simply disintegrate Cole by altering his nuclear structure. The problem is that the Espers' power requires calculations to work, so Misaka is limited by her own knowledge. Manipulating atoms or Disintegrating a person I don't think Misaka can do it yet. That and the fact that she hesitates to kill is why I think Cole beats her.

@@e.n.d3077 anything you said here also applies to cole, cole can also desintergrate her into the sub atomic level and cole also has a type of radar, none of her lightning abilities can actually affect cole infact it'll probably heal cole her best bet to putting cole down is her iron sand and even thats hard considering cole can also use magnetism and has a literrall shield that turns solid particles into his own energy and yes i know misaka is good at keeping her distance but she cant dodge forever cole is bound to reach misaka and any of her long ranged lightning attacks wouldnt even affect cole the only thing that could hurt him is her railgun and thats debatable cole is fast enough to dodge it or cole is able to block it with his shield, misaka has barely nothing to help her if cole gets in close proximity and she barely has any moves that can affect cole long distance while cole has alot of options like his ice for example its not nearly as strong as his electric powers but it gives cole the ability to freeze her in place and he can probably impale her with isicles and cole has his bat and electric blades for close range combat cole wins due to the fact that he has alot more going for him and im not counting her iron sand kaiju since it takes decades to create leaving her open 2 it wont be effective cause cole is too small and fast to actually get hit by the kaiju and 3rd of all cole has already defeated the beast which is basically just a stronger version of misakas iron sand kaiju also just a side note this is a deathbattle it doesn't matter if they have a no kill rule its who would win by that logic batman can never win a deathbattle due to his no kill rule also cole wont kill a child thats literrally removing the purpose of his character so in a deathbattle any no kill rules or hesitation wont be included all characters will be bloodlusted when it comes to a death battle

@@andreijoaquin7342 So now we have an interesting battle. Honestly, Cole is more suited to Misaka in a battle than Killua... No electrical attack would work on both. Electric blades do not work in Misaka. It is said that Misaka is capable of ruling a country because guns, grenades, tanks, helicopters are useless against her power. After all, she is capable of manipulating robots, exploding weapons, detonating bombs, hacking electronic things and even guided missiles. I don't believe that Misaka is injured by ice because as I mentioned, she manipulates the components of water in addition to mechanical waves. I think Rampage Dress would handle a hand-to-hand fight. Although Cole has the advantage here because he is more experienced, there is nothing stopping Misaka from taking his punches, increasing her durability. You mention that Misaka can't dodge forever but what about Cole? Can he dodge or maintain the same speed forever? As I mentioned, she can ride on her radius. Misaka's beam reaches the speed of light and doesn't require complex calculations, she does it subconsciously, so I'd say she can dodge for a long time without getting tired. If she is tired, she can use her electricity to travel from place to place like Spider-Man, her magnetism to move from one side to another, or fly using water vapor. In addition to iron sand weapons, she can also create iron sand clones, plasmas, storms, and hurricanes. Misaka has the Railgun which, although it takes a while for each shot, is capable of destroying a nuclear shelter. And that's just the effect of the coin, imagine if it used something bigger like a truck or used a human being as a projectile? . The liquid-proof Railgun that I mentioned was able to open a huge hole in the windowless building, a building that not even Accelerator using kinetic energy or any other Esper could do. And even with his platinum wings that made him throw a punch that extreme the galaxy, Accelerator mentioned that he still can't destroy the building. So just like you say that if Cole hits Misaka he wins. I say that if Misaka hits him with a Railgun like that she wins, although here only a script would decide who will hit the opponent first xd . Both would see each other's movements through radar. We won't include the level 6 change because it's not something she can do alone but Misaka still has the A.A.A which is a magical/scientific equipment made up of all the weapons created in 30 years in the future, the A.A.A would certainly cause more damage than a simple Kaiju because he was created to kill Gods who had the power to destroy and recreate reality just with their presence. Does Cole's shield reach that level? The A.A.A is used both to attack and to defend itself as it has ultra-technological shields, in addition to being used for traveling as it can transform into a jet backpack or a motorcycle. I honestly don't know how fast it reaches but Misaka was able to travel from Japan to Germany in a matter of minutes with it. But couldn't Misaka simply kill Cole by detonating the oxygen around him or catapult him off the planet using a stream of plasma through argon? I mean, has she already done this in the novel or does Cole have any abilities against It?

@e.n.d3077 hol on you cant just give misaka rampage dress and not give cole anything im talking about in their base being good karma cole against misaka after the ww3 arc now since we are talking in hand to hand cole can easily beat misaka in that department and yes i know coles photon blades wont work on misaka but cole still has his bat even un electified it can still hit like a truck and yes cole can keep his speed like i said cole is bound to get in close range of misaka due to his ability to heal via electricity and his shield blocking the shield literally converts any matter into energy anything misaka throws at him are nullified and with his ice abilities i said cole could possibly kill misaka with it but not likely im more focused on the ices ability to freeze opponents keeping them from getting away and i almost forgot some of coles electric abilities deal physical attacks rather than electrical like for example his electric grenades, cole needs to close in the distance in order to get the finishing blow while misaka needs to keep her distance and try to find a way to put cole down for good since none of her electric powers work on cole she'll need to either use her railgun or use her iron sand and like i said before those are debatable since cole can block the railgun with his shield use his agility to dodge it or regenerate assuming it didnt hit a fatal area with electricity if it actually hits and with coles combat prowess i dont see misaka hitting cole with her iron sand sword( just a side note cole can regenerate from non fatal injuries but a shot to the head or heart would end it, i just put this here to tell you that i dont overrate coles regeneration) now like ive said before misaka is a glass canon she needs to keep her distance or else cole is gonna kill her with his bat and thats hard to do if your facing an opponent who can regenerate and block your attacks and have the ability to imobilize you also i forgot to mention that cole is able to fly with his electricity which would probably give him more chances to strike also the clones wont be a problem for cole since he has enhanced senses he would just need to to hear if any of the clones have a heart beat and i almost forgot cole can apparently read minds(i dont know how he does it but he can read minds apparently) which would be helpful in figuring out misakas next move also im pretty sure there moveset are pretty similar like misakas iron sand tornado cole has a similar ability only instead its made up of wind gust and electricity he also has a type of spidey sense meaning he knows if its a threat or not also travel speed is not the same as combat speed this is not a race also i almost forgot the most important thing cole can actually hurt and damage other electric users with his own electricity seeing as how he literally beat kesler aka future cole macgarth so this means cole can possibly hurt misaka i also dont like to use evil karma cole cause its just a stomp because he canonically has all the conduit powers that being gravity manipulation, pyrokenisis, napalm manipulation(basically explosion manipulation),electrokenisis(duh), ice manipulation, and most importantly being able to create a fricken black hole, and this is cole in his evil timeline if good karma cole can create an attack that could literally be seen from space, then evil karma cole can do that too infact i think evil karma cole could make it even stronger but im not talking about evil karma cole im talking about good karma cole anyways good karma cole wins due to the fact that he has enough energy output that he could make an attack that could literally be seen from space which would make cole multiple large island level+ misaka in her iron sand kaiju can only reach mountain level cole is also able to easily destroy the rayspere now keep in mind the raysphere is able to destroy a city and be completely intact to destroy the ray sphere cole has to be able to output a RIDICULOUS amount of energy so if the ray sphere has city busting durability that means cole has city busting attacks and keep in mind cole did this feat without any enhancememts as for speed its kinda similar misaka is anle to dodge muginas laser attacks which would make her light speed while cole is able to dodge a beam of radiation and seeing as radiation has the same speed as light thus would also make cole lightspeed and i also forgot to mention precision mode which basically adds to his already incredible speed but ill give the edge to misaka due to the fact that she dodged more light attacks i also forgot to mention coles fight with kesler just so you know keslers strength ALONE was able to literally cause a a city level earth quake and cole is clearly above him which would make cole extremely strong basically building level strong at this point coles strength is probably strong enough to kill misaka in one hit and in the durability department yeah cole clears if Ap = durability then cole would have city level durability seeing as how cole could literally destroy the ray sphere and like ive said the ray sphere is able to destroy and tank city level explosions and cole was able to destroy it as for endurance its cole obviously his healing via electricity helps him endure alot of punishment

@@andreijoaquin7342 But I'm giving Cole everything you mentioned. My point is that with the Rampage Dress, Misaka stops being a glass cannon. So Cole wouldn't beat her just by forcing hand-to-hand combat. This also applies to the bat, ok it has the strength of a truck but as I mentioned, a Rampage Dress user was able to collide with a character who was punching rocks and stopping metal bars with extreme ease. This same character survived Misaka 5.3's cosmic-level attack and fought against a magical False God. So I'm sincerely confident about the durability of a Rampage Dress wearer. Also, your point is that with the bat, Cole hits Misaka but we have to look at other scenarios, couldn't Misaka just dodge the bat? . And the sword? She could use the sword to block the staff and so the fight would be bat vs Sword. It remains to be seen whether the bat is strong enough to face a sword that cuts through everything like a chainsaw. My point about regeneration remains the same. Misaka doesn't manipulate electricity, she manipulates its components. That is, unless Cole controls the electrons and protons themselves instead of the electricity, Misaka can take possession of her electricity and stop regeneration. Like Enel from OP who is lightning itself, Misaka could control it completely because she is an Electromaster, she is above any electrical user in her show where the powers are all at the subatomic level. Another point I want to highlight, Misaka fought a Dragon that turned everything it touched into salt. That is, it's the same as your point that Cole would beat Misaka if he hit her. Misaka managed very well to get rid of the dragon's attacks that would have been fatal if they managed to hit her. I mentioned that grenades don't work in Misaka. She can detonate them from a long distance, deflect them or simply protect herself using an electromagnetic field. Is Cole able to fly? Well, Misaka too. Regarding the clones, they are entirely made of iron sand, that is, they are hollow inside, they have no organs. Although the real Death Battle created a clone that possessed a heart just to make Killua use his classic ability to rip out the enemy's heart. But they don't really have organs for Cole to hear their heartbeats. Speaking of organs, Misaka disrupts the enemy's organs, I mean, she manipulates the electricity of the human body too. Although it wouldn't be surprising if Cole could do the same. Can Cole read minds? Well, as I mentioned Misaka has an electromagnetic field, this field even protects her brain, so she would be immune to mind manipulation. Shokuhou Misaki, whose power is exactly to mess with people's minds, cannot enter Misaka's mind because of her electromagnetic field. And look, Shokuhou is the most powerful Esper when it comes to things related to the human mind. Interestingly Misaka presented similar characteristics, she invaded Kihama Harumi's mind and can see her entire past. But I also don't know how she did it xd. I don't think Cole would damage Misaka with his electricity. As I mentioned, she manipulates the components of electricity, so unless Cole's electricity doesn't contain electrons and protons, Misaka wouldn't be taking damage here. Since we're having a humble debate, I want to point out that Misaka's Kaiju isn't that powerful. Several other characters could easily destroy them. I believe that this Kaiju can only destroy one district, that's why I used the A.A.A as an argument, it is far superior to the Kaiju. Which brings me to your other point that Misaka is just mountain level. Misaka fought saints who could destroy half the city. Every level 5 like Misaka is described as being able to rule a country with her powers. She damaged a building that not even Accelerator stopping the earth's rotation for 5 minutes to generate kinetic energy or shaking the galaxy with a punch could do. She catapulted a magical God off the planet, and mentioned that he probably arrived on the moon. These are feats superior to mountain level and with her A.A.A potential, she could destroy the entire planet. The only point I can't argue with is Cole's ability to convert matter into energy. Presenting this point, I admit his victory over this duel, because Misaka will not be able to damage him. Although you didn't answer me if Cole can survive without Oxygen or if he has any ability that prevents him from being catapulted off the planet. Evil Karma seems to be too much for Misaka. I think only her cosmic appearance at the level 6 change could handle this but as she can't make the change alone, that's not up for discussion. It was a good debate, I learned a lot of things I didn't know about Cole. Thank you for your attention .
