I am not working in a dental office, however I think that the implantation that has been used in dentistry is related to divorce case when one of the spouse has no connection to his or her in law family in the future.

What does that even mean
I just returned from receiving treatment at the OG Dental Center in Costa Rica. The staff and Dr. Guzman are awesome! Wesley of Apollo medical travel was great and I had a wonderful experience with lodging booking appointments and so forth. I highly recommend using the service. All I can say is that I have no pain and I love my smile! I just completed phase 1, and in the next six months I will be going back down to finish phase 2, and then I’m completely done.

How the hell do you clean underneath the bridge?
Great question! The best tool to keep bridges clean is a water flosser. A water flosser uses a jet of water to clean between the prosthetic and the gums and ensures that food and bacteria cannot accumulate. A regular toothbrush and floss won't cut it. Water flossers start at around $50.

The partials I've seen have much more metal or plastic on them. These have just a wire? Are they a certain brand name?
The partials shown here use clips onto the natural teeth, which you can see fit into a prepared groove on the surrounding natural teeth. They aren't a certain brand but they do illustrate a particular technique.

Hi! If you are concerned about a partial removable denture affecting your speech, you can speak with your prosthodontist and assess the risk. You can also consider a fixed bridge or dental implants, which will function more like natural teeth.

@@ronnieroo3391 best of luck! Fixed solutions are much closer to having your natural teeth than dentures. The only issue is they are more expensive.

@@sl4983 dental implants are the premier solution for missing or severely damaged teeth. A removable partial denture is an affordable short term solution, but implants are as close to natural teeth as possible.

Hello, Ivona! If you don't have any of your molars in the back, you could still be fitted with a partial denture. It would just clasp to different teeth, such as your premolars.
