What is typically in these "Epidurals"?

Did tue blonde MD, say, “unconsciously or subconsciously placing the needle”? Woah, I hope their is active & a conscious thought process during the RF process,instead. Is that why they call is Medical “PRACTICE?” Yikes..

Why are these disc injections (IF they work at all) only available for the lower back? How about cervical discs? Any scientific reason to exclude them? Too small?

Ruined my life. Abbott reps ghosted me immediately post surgery and upon hearing I was worse and Abbott was non responsive, surgeon shrugged his shoulders, said it wasn't their job to respond to me, there was nothing more he could do and never spoke to me again. 2 years later, cant find a doctor to take it out and have been bed bound since surgery

Can this RF AB help ease chronic lumbar pain from compressed or cut lumbar L1 L2 L3 peripheral nerves that are now damaged from a whiplash RTA and i had a regular lumbar MRI and everything has showed up ok. But from research you need to have a M R N (N) to show up external peripheral nerve damage. Cannot tolerate nerve pain medications side effects , which i feel are only putting a band aid on the compressed or damaged lumbar peripheral nerves from RTA .

How often can you get a RFA?

Would a small Schmorl node at the level of discogenic pain preclude a patient from receiving intradiscal injections?

If a potential patient has an asymptomatic schmols node at that level can they still be considered for an intradiscal injection?

Though it is good to see that there are techniques that can be done under unltrasound, the video conference platform is not the correct platform to teach technical procedures. Data and information would be way more valuable, a separate platform/video for techniques would be more helpful

I see someone finally got smart and realized you can harvest IVD cells, culture them and re inject them into patients...It took a long time to do the obvious.

This is, by far, the most important video ASPN has put out. I think it may be time for another one.
