I wish it were that simple. Everything was fine except my clothes weren't getting dry and I had to run the dryer a few times to get them dry. I called LG to send a technician out to fix the drying problem. A-Fix Service came out and said it was the dryer sensor and something else. After they finally came back to replace the parts, on my first load suddenly the high spin cycle had a ticking noise that I'd never heard before and the machine was vibrating severely. I saw that the case wasn't closed correctly so I called them back out and he closed it, but the issue continued. I figured out that the drain hose was backing up because it was pushed in too close to a right angle in the apt drainpipe. I called A-Fix back out because another part broke, the water wouldn't stop running, and the ticking and vibration was still a problem. A-Fix has returned several times, all of them they REFUSE to stay and hear a REAL WORLD LOAD high spin cycle where the problems occur and will ONLY run a TEST spin cycle that doesn't have the problems. Every time they come out the problems keep getting worse, now it's vibrating 5 inches across the floor, a new rubber squeaking noise, the drain hose rubbing against a hydraulic, a screw falling out, and I have had to do my own troubleshooting and am concerned that one of the springs holding up the tub is on backwards but they disagree and I'm fighting LG and A-Fix to fix what THEY BROKE trying to fix my machine that probably didn't need to be fixed in the first place, but they missed it.

Did you remove those shipping bolts from the back of the washing machine?

You have to remove the basket locker from the back. Read the manual before use it. You gonna broke your washer.
