I talk about a few strategies that helped us out a lot since having 2 under 2! Don't feel guilty about taking time for yourself-it's an important part of being the best parent you can be.

The anxiety of recording in public is always real lol. & then, managing two kiddos too... it's a lot. I know it'll become easier with time. I have never gone grocery shopping with my kids still to this day. So I admire that you do lol!
