Dude, everybody wondered why house flooded the lower levels of fault 21 with concrete and I always thought it was just because he didn't want them to repopulate it, but it doesn't makes perfect sense. The guy doesn't make waste of his resources and lessers. An actual reason for it and this would be a very solid reason. I expect that's why that dude from the show is actually going to Las Vegas. So corrupt they saw little to go back for their capital. Its just a mere place, a new capital can be formed -- and whether they win or lose at the Dam matters truly little. I'm on Punisher's side. When it comes to killing criminals, Batman is spineless. Batman witnessed his parents getting shot right in front of him while he was 8 years old. And yet, after being trained by the League of Assassins and becoming Batman when he returned to Gotham, he decided to let these monsters live and put behind bar, only to break out and do it all over again rather than putting them down permanently. Batman may look scary and menacing, but in the end, he's nothing but a coward who can't get the job right. Same as the police and the government that he bends over like a bitch for.

For real, the show's writers' room could use to video to essentially retcon - or rather, alter - that meeting scene to their benefit: Robert House wasn't there to work with Vault-Tec, or any of the big corporations attending -- he was there to get information. Whether or not Vault-Tec would be the ones to launch any nukes didn't matter, as the only thing that did matter was when and where the nukes would strike, which is something House could (and did) prepare & plan for. All I'm saying is that if they needed to, they ought to get your permission to use this video as a basis to play out your perspective in the show come season two.
