No, they just screw in. Take out the lights bulb and screw them in place of the bulb.

Yeah I just found that out.

All I did was move the wire and she started working. And can't get to duplicate the problem. A diode only let's the current go one way so I thought it was cutting out the machine, cause that was the main wire to the key switch then to the controller. So if it was shorting out it'd shut off the controller.

That's what Orielly's gave me for the yr make and model. But I already sold the motor, a guy put it in his boat.

I don't know how that happened, weird hub?? But anyways, don't even matter, the motor is gone. @@Kaptur.Garage better clear will make the crappiest paint job look good. 🤣 🤣 🤣 That was molten red, suppose to be red and once I added the mica pearl (or whatever someone wants to call it) it changed the color. I had no clue what I did but it ended up that color. Which kinda matches my Harley.

@@CarnageInTheGarage78 ahhh, I tell you it came out really good. I have the follow up videos rdy to watch to see the process. But based off just the initial paint job itself it came out like a mirror. I couldn’t see if any orange peel at all. I’ll be trying out there jet black with the Finish 1 clear. I didn’t catch what primer you used if it was mentioned in this video or a previous one.

I wet sanded the clear with 1500 and buffed the heck out of it. And I just used some rustoleum primer.

But I also went also went 2:1 on the last coat of clear and waited 2 weeks to wet sand it.

@@CarnageInTheGarage78 I didn't say they weren't. They have limitations, but as long as you are working within them, you are great. We had one that at some point was wired up as a 12v system. I figured out that that was wrong, but it still worked well enough for our needs so I didn't try to fix it. Also if it ever comes up, they are BCI group 1 batteries and try to get all 4 with as close as possible date codes. Those were a couple of our headaches with them.

Ctowns are pretty hard to diagnose. Then new ones are even worse. I use to go and work at Schnucks (a grocery store chain where I live) that's all they have is Crown. Head scratcher sometimes.

I'd like to have one of these older ones for the shop to work on golf carts and stuff, they'd make a great lift for em.

The batteries were a little weak, but that booger fired right up and I didn't realize it had a button for the glow plugs so it was a cold start. It's 63°F here right now too.

@@CarnageInTheGarage78I have driven it to the golf course about 12 times since the chip. It’s about 1 mile. I crank it up and it flies! It is very stable but the cart is new.

Well I ended up having more issues with it, ended up being the distributor. I had to change out the whole thing.
