Absolutely HILARIOUS,.... WAKE UP CALL ANYONE!?!?
Whats the problem when we push the vmo but it doesnt make the sound like your plane do
Love it
Good day to tow your plane with a small lawn mower
Where does it say to wait to turn on the APU bleed air for the cooling turbine air?
It doesn’t say it anywhere. But it’s the general consensus that you wait to give the APU turbine a chance to stabilize in temperature before loading it up.
This, this that?
Thanks for the tutorial.
Turn this on. Check this and that. You’re not explaining what you’re doing?
More please.
This was beyond helpful. Thank you

Do you like the PMA4000 Audio panel?
Yeah, it seems to work fine. No issues.
Really good.
this video and the preflight one are very good! i'm flying this airplane in flight simulator and your video helped a lot!
“On, on, this, this, this” How informative, that’s fifty-five seconds I won’t be getting back.
Thanks for the helpful tip. I’ll go back to North Carolina and find the aircraft and remake this video that I made about 3 years ago just for you because apparently you don’t have a checklist that tells you these things. I’m so sorry that you had to waste 55 seconds of your life watching me explain the cockpit setup flow. Perhaps doing something else other than watching TH-cam would be a more constructive use of your time.
@@mach1james - No,we are considering buying a Hawker, and I was hoping for a bit of insight before we do so and before I go to school on the aircraft. Perhaps just re-title it something more accurate: "Random factoids while I quickly complete the Hawker after start flow with little actual explanation of what is being done."
@@mach1james Your reply says quite a bit more about you than I think you intended it to.
@@AndreySloan_is_a_cnut my guy, he's not an instructor and has no obligation to you personally. Sheesh. I'm not sure what you're expecting here. I understand trying to gain insight into the airplane but you won't get it on youtube. The switch labels are clearly visible in the video, you could've just paused and read what he was hitting. I'm also not sure what part of this was puzzling to you. The procedure is very straightforward. - start power off - Turn on the alternators, turn on windscreen and pitot/vane heats, check amps - Trip APU gen, open bus tie, and make sure both gens power their respective buses, check battery charge amps and close the bus tie. - Turn on TRs either way, just listen to your instructors and follow your checklist when you go to school and don't rely on a youtube video to learn how to fly the jet. if you wanna get ahead, you usually get access to training material ahead of time. open the checklist and the panel poster to chair fly and learn the positions of the systems. the PTM will do a better job at describing the systems than some random video on youtube, so give that a read. 🙄
@@mach1james don't listen to these clowns, boss. thanks for the video!
Awe yes the “bag fire kites.” My how I miss flying the “Queens aero plane.”
Absolutely zilch to do with main content, but are those compass deviations [see 5'40"] for real for north it was 15 degrees different and for 60 degress 17 out! Ids that for real?

I dont believe it.looks like cgi..give me a ride and then ill believe it😂
Nice
Going to hawker school next month. Appreciate the video..
Have a good time!
How is it holding up any major repairs
No repairs in the 8 months we've had the plane.
Thanx for the excellent video, James. This helped me decided between Dynon and Garmin systems for my Maule. Dynon it is ... Skal, ^v^
Thank you for the tutorial with the Skyview. I’ll be flying a Flight Design CTLS down to Ft. Lauderdale getting there on the 1st. I snowbird at Quail Run and fly out of X39 and have seen your bird many times. We should catch lunch one day.
Nice!
Thank you! Is there any synchronization with ForeFlight?
Excellent video. Thank you very much. Has anyone ever told you your voice sounds a lot like Steve Martin? I couldn't stop thinking about this the whole time I was listening :)
Wait that works?
And who are you?
@@Supgangy Just some guy with a lawn mower :)
Had to do a double take on that… I was very confused for a second but cool plane bro.
GREAT METHOD OF EXPLANATION , HOPEFULLY YOU WILL MAKE MORE VIDEOS FOR AVIATION
Hey great video ,do you have part 2 already?
the best one no doubt
Hi, thank you so much for part 1 video and I’m waiting for part 2
Oh, yeah! I gotta make Part 2. Maybe I'll make it tomorrow. Stay tuned!

Nicely done! thank you!
I’ve got many an hour in -700’s and -800’s. But as I’m now retired, not getting time in anything any longer. Ahh, I miss flying.
How much the price of that jet
If you slow down, the video becomes more informative.
Yeah, sorry about that. I was just making this video for these guys who just got this Hawker. I never thought it would actually be like a training video new guys would use to help learn the Hawker!
Good to see u Capt James ..
