This is how we make our poultry kill cones for restraining chickens safely for slaughter. We started with some metal trim coil 24"x16", and trimmed one edge to 10", and cut off the angle leaving a trapezoid.
Top: 24"
Bottom: 10"
Angled sides: 16"
Then fold over the edges or so to prevent sharp edges, and roll it into a tube and rivet the edge together.
