I make music mixes based on my emotions at the time 2 express myself and release overwhelming emotions and thoughts…usually due to an episode.
I’ve noticed that I can only make beautiful emotional music mixes when I’m having an emotional BPD episode.
I have to be in the mood I ges, lol :)
These mixes raise in tempo one after the other and Throughout Each Mix ,0 is the ASMR 😴
Making Colleges of Music consumes my mind when I have no control over my thoughts due to my BPD , When having an emotional episode of overwhelming anxiety,
I am basically an observant passenger to my random thoughts that appear strongly then disappear just as quick…just in time for the next random thoughts full of heavy emotion and past negativity…It’s took so long to find a therapy that works. :) THANK U 🫠
