Two questions: 1) Is the installer password all you need in order to program the G16/E16 ? Don't you need the paradox interface in order to connect to the SP panel via pc? 2) Can you connect it to the BUS clamps as you do with keypads or you need the cable as shown in the video?

Hi. Thinking about installing the SP3 4g/ wifi board to swap my existing paradox sp series. It´s not clear to me if I can adjust the delay time of each sensor before it activates the alarm . I see under zone settings there is a Delay column default 400. If I choose 'Instant' in definition for example and put a 0 in the delay column will this sensor activate the alarm instantly if motion is detected? It says after delay in the manual - reaction time. My local sales rep is saying it's not so flexible as the paradox. Please can you confirm I can set a delay for each sensor to activate the alarm? Thank you

These are your questions that we answered during the webinar: 1. What is ATZ? ATZ function is for wiring two sensors with different value resistors to one zone input terminal. In other words, it is zone doubling. 2. Is EOL value set different when using ATZ? The panel supports 6 different combinations of resistors for EOL and ATZ values. Please refer to the table on page 15 of the SP3 installation manual for possible resistor combinations and wiring schematics. EOL type can be set in System Options > General > EOL type. 3. Whether the keypads (TM70, K32) have a zone? If a keypad has a zone input, it can be used. 4. SP3 has only 1 1W port. How can I connect all 8 temperature sensors to the panel? Temperature sensors are addressable. So you can connect up to 8 DS18S20 or DS18B20 sensors. 5. Can Paradox K32LX be integrated into Flexi? That is Paradox keypad with integrated transceiver module. No, that is not yet possible. 6. How to separate 8 different SK232LCD keypads to 8 different partitions to control only specific one? That is not yet possible 7. What is the maximum distance from wired sensor to panel? 100 meters. 8. Can I program the installer functions from the Paradox keypad? Full programming from the keypad is not available, although you can set user codes. 9. If I use the cable CAT6 2 pair, about 20-22 AWG/pair, what is the furthest distance? We did not do tests with CAT cables. We do recommend using specialized security cables. 10. Can Protegus 2 run on browser? Can it trigger via audio the alerts? Yes, you can access it on browser: web.protegus.app/ Unfortunately Audio alerts are no possible on PC, for these Android/IOs services are used. 11. Can Protegus 2 run for installers? Protegus 2 Company account type will replace the Installer account. 12. Can the duration of the alarm notification be programmed? For example let it 30 second or 1 minute to make notification continuously No, but on Android 11 you can set any notification you want for the app notification 13. Can keyswitch function be set that wat that it only arms the area, and the area can be only unarmed by entering the password into the keyboard or via Protegus app? No, but it is possible with iButton or Wiegand readers, though you can only do arm/disarm with them. 14. Can change codes and add users from Protegus 2? Zone number is limited to 32. 16. Possible to change sensor name? Yes, sensor name can be changed. 17. Is TrikdisConfig tool available for smartphones? No, but you can change any panel setting with Protegus 2 as well. 18. I use AM2301 at 1W port and I set 50C. If more than 50C, panel will generate an alarm. I need to set PGM connected into zone, right? You just need to wire the temperature sensor and use the thermostat function in the settings, which lets you add specific temperature sensor to a specific PGM output. 19. Estimado Oscar, Muchas gracias por su comentario! Para responder por qué sucede esto, debemos verificar cómo está configurado su sistema, qué panel de control está utilizando. Para resolver esta pregunta más rápido, le sugerimos que se conecte con su proveedor.

Con esta aplicación protegus cuando el sistema está armado y hay una activación. Envía el evento correspondiente ala zona la cual fue activada... Por que e visto varios videos y solo veo que arma y desarma.

1:48 Good luck guys. The manual shows incorrect contacts. Also, the paradox 307USB and all PCS cables have incorrectly marked colors. I blew up the EVO panel at my client by assuming that the triktis and paradox cant be wrong at the same time.
