I'm watching this in July 2024 to learn more about how to possibly convince the DNC to put forth alternate candidates to vote for during the convention in August. I don't understand enough of how any of this works. This was recorded in 2020 and I hear no acknowledgement of the role of the DNC in losing the 2016 election, which was disastrous. I understand this is for the in-crowd, but please, do some soul-searching, seek broader perspectives, talk to people from outside the party structure. I hear a lot of self-congratulatory words during this conversation, where were and are the critical voices? Do they even get a voice? Talking a lot about having fun, but what about having useful conversations? The only thing I heard was doing some voting before the convention to avoid bad press. Where is the courage?

These lamestream media crazies are the biggest hypocrites there is. Don't believe or use any of this guy's opinion or ideas. He's a brainwashed race baiter and not very intelligent from hearing his comments. Hey Terrance, we don't live in a democracy. We live in a Constitutional Republic of States that allows representation through the votes of their citizens. The Republic was to "DEFEND AGAINST" a democratic system because of the inherent inequality that a democracy for any country can bring about. Do some study in comparative political structures, my friend.

"Bad sound makes good video look bad."
I am so pleased I have come across Kara in this internet world, she is such a well read, intelligent and refreshing person, thank you for sharing
Ironic that an interview about the tech industry would have such poor sound. I like a long interview but after 15 minutes its time to find another Kara interview with better clarity.
Boo!
@55:22 Jebus, she broke my "like" meter!
Needs mic training, like how pointing your mouth at the mic makes a huge difference. Hopefully this is a learning experience for the rest of the tour. Apart from that, great stuff!
It was a sound system and a recording setup error. I suspect a third mike was also open (the camera microphone) with maybe with an auto-mike mixing function. Only the lectern mike should have been "open".
So many ums 🫢
I know Kara is gay but she talks like she had a bad breakup with Musk🤣

крутой ролик!
Awesome interview. Jesus, that lady needs to dress first before going to professional events. She needs common sense first before anything else.
Motivational.. Inspiring without being pontificating
Rubenstein as an impressive speaker, businessman, philanthropist, and American. Alas, this video contains too many obtrusive ads.
God bless David Rubenstein
Brilliant interview, interviewer and speaker. Educational and humouring. David speak very so clearly and passionately it really leaves an impression of his talent.

Well, this churnalist is indeed an expert on "Disinformation" : he peddled it as part of the cabal suppressing the Hunter Biden laptop revelations in an attempt to boost Biden in 2020 Elections, saying “We don't want to waste our time on stories that are not really stories, and we don't want to waste the listeners’ and readers’ time on stories that are just pure distractions,” said Terence Samuel, NPR's managing editor. “And quite frankly, that's where we ended up, this was … a politically driven event and we decided to treat it that way.”
LOL! This is the same fake journalist who was part of the cabal suppressing the Hunter Biden laptop revelations in an attempt to boost Biden in 2020 Elections, saying “We don't want to waste our time on stories that are not really stories, and we don't want to waste the listeners’ and readers’ time on stories that are just pure distractions,” said Terence Samuel, NPR's managing editor. “And quite frankly, that's where we ended up, this was … a politically driven event and we decided to treat it that way.”
