I'll be honest, I think you guys have the most cinematic eye in the entire American fire service. The only videos that come close to yours are those put out by PIO's by big departments. But, as a consumer I do not want to pay for another streaming service. The content is great and I would gladly watch it and watch ads to increase your ad revenue but there's a step before paying for a firefighter streaming service that I just won't take. Next, when I google your name, I get brought to a webpage with almost 0 functionality. I am interested in your product, I search you, and what do I get met with? A link to "Unlock Now" that redirects me to your Instagram. It took a few minutes until I realized you included some extra pages in the top right but by that point my enthusiasm to learn more decreased. I go to webpage to learn more, not be redirected to the sites I found you at. I get the sense you want to make emergency nexus a "premium" program, but I'd like to point out, until you establish a customer base (which based on the 684 subscribers you have and 3K median video views you do have) making content hard to get to, does not incentive return. You can't fake premium content, and I am sure if you did a deep dive into your social media analytics' that you would find you make a ton of impressions, a good number of views, but after that return engagement isn't there. You have great content, it should be doing better than the helmet cam John Doe posted last week

What kind of camera do yall use

"Eliminate the Threat Quickly and Safely while using the Least amount of water." That should be the Job Description of every fire department in the world. Quickly. Find the Fire Room from the exterior. Safely. Break out the fire room windows to give the heat and gasses and direct route out of the structure and away from any victims and entering firefighters. Least amount of water. Adjust the nozzle to a cone of water that can cover as much material as possible while still penetrating the energy of the fire and wind. Quick, Safe and Surgically apply the least amount of water. All those things require that you Think before you act. Know what your responsibilities are, not just focus on the end result. You can Protect faster than you can Save.
