Hi! Welcome to Everything Ami, a passion project of everything that I love! My name is Ami (ahh-me) and I'm so excited to be finally starting a TH-cam channel. I was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, and as of April 2024 I am one year and seven months into my grad school program at the University of Oxford.
On this channel you'll find a variety of topics from grad school related content (such as applying, moving abroad, etc.), travel content, skincare and makeup product reviews, story times, luxury brand content, book reviews, my self-love journey (a constant work in progress), and lots more.
I know the topics are all over the place, but I will always discuss the topics that you guys gravitate more towards, so make sure to comment and let me know what you'd like to see more of! I'm just here to have fun and make new friends and would love to have you join me along this new journey.

Hello, hello! I am a day late in delivering this video to you guys- I'm so sorry! I have about a month left before my master's thesis is due so I've been very busy writing (and trying to enjoy sunny Oxford now that it's properly spring).
I really enjoy doing first impression videos for you guys, and hope that you guys enjoy them too. Just a reminder that my posting schedule is every other Wednesday, so basically every two weeks! Which means I'll be back on May 22nd with another video for you guys, and so forth! However, I do check YT everyday so feel free to leave a comment so we can chat (:

And I was in the same boat as you for a while until eventually I just went for it, still not even thinking I'd go, but when I got the acceptance letter I just knew I couldn't pass up the opportunity and that maybe I'd never really feel "ready", you know? Just that I knew I was interested in this topic and wasn't done learning about it, so I went for it. What did you study for undergrad?

Love the bag! I think I’m gonna have to go with the Tory Burch Virginia bag though because it’s more reasonably priced. 🙃 It’s a dupe for this bag and it costs way less! But the Prada one is the original one and I think it’s very cute. I have a few very expensive bags in my collection, most of them are recent purchases, so I can’t justify buying a nylon bucket bag at the price point of the Prada at the moment. Still love the style of the bag so the Tory Burch one is great and I know I will wear it a lot. But to be honest, I consider Tory Burch luxury, too. A couple of years ago I could only dream of having a Tory Burch bag. Thanks for the review ❤
Hi Samanta! Thank you for your comment ☺ I've just had a look at the TB Virginia bag and oh my gosh it is a dupe! They look identical, and the price point really did just make me cringe thinking about how much more I paid. I'm on the TB website now looking at the leather bucket bag options and I'm really loving them! I'm not too familiar with TB and the quality so thank you for putting it on my radar now so I can look more into the brand and reviews and such 💗

The wedge elongates your legs and gives comfort!
Definitely elongates the legs! Didn't even consider it that way. I'm not certain that I find them comfortable though, and if that has anything to do with the wedge or not. You have them as well?
@@EverythingAmi I have 5 pairs two Superstars and three Ball Stars. I have flat feet so the wedge insert really helps with comfort.

Hi, would the iphone 14 max fit in the front pocket?
Hi there! I have the iPhone 13 pro max and it does not fit in there unfortunately. I took off my case (a translucent Velvet Caviar one) and it still wouldn't fit.
Good video was thinking about doing reviews myself as I have an abundance of high end items, great that you have started. Are you in Instagram as you’re in the UK can give you some great places to go whilst you’re here studying
Thank you for your comment! I am on Instagram but haven't made the time to look for places to go in the UK. I've only been to London twice in six months, so I do need to make more of an effort to expand my horizons. I do hope you consider making review videos! I'd love to see what kind of high end items you have in your collection 🙂
