Dance is an ancient social and cultural aesthetics. So to make students expert in this art, on 29th April, 2017 (International Dance Day) Dhrupodi (Dancers’ Association of KUET) started their journey through an Intra-University Dance Fest. Since then members of this club have been practicing dance and have performed on various cultural functions.

In 2018, Dhrupodi organized Inter University Dance Fest where students of seven renowned universities had performed. That was the first ever inter university dance fest in Khulna region. In addition to its varsity activities, the members of the club have also performed on the inter university cultural functions of other renowned universities and represented the club as well as KUET with prestige.

On 29th April, 2019 (occasion of 2nd birthday of Dhrupodi) students have celebrated the day through a flash mob and on 27th September, 2019 they organized their annual program “Inter University Dance Fest (Season 3)” successfully.
