Update: it turns out, can be an issue with the dashcam. I'll disconnect the dashcam if that happens again.
Update: technician from infiniti told me, because this is a new platform and they don't know what is happening to the car and suggest me to turn off the collision sensor to stop the beeping.
Check your lane assist settings. It's probably saying you're close to the line. This happens in a car I drive for work. I had to turn it off. A sensor might be messed up and it could be constantly detecting something. It also happens with the auto-brights when on a dirt road. It sees the reflection of the light from the dirt since it's lighter than the pavement and thinks there's another car and turns off.
I'm also thinking about sensor issue especially collision sensor. But this happens randomly, I cannot re-produce it every time.
Its time to read the car manual
Don't be silly, we don't fix small problems ourself We just upload it on the internet with no useful info to help diagnose the problem amd expect other people to do the work for us

You are right, I read/search the manual throughly, without any useful information regarding the symptom. So I upload the video and sent it to infiniti and hope maybe they may help on that. This is a new car with 7000 km and still in warranty.

Turn off the speed warning
This happens all of a sudden while driving and ACC is turned on. It keeps beeping even the speed is 0. I would say there is something to do with the censor.

Nope, all seatbelt were worn at that time. And if you drive that car, you should know, seatbelt warning doesn't sound like that.
