i used to listen to this on loop when it just came out it felt very relevant to me at the time as i was about to move to a different school and i would have to let go of my crush (that i’ve liked for years) after the song blew up, i felt different when i listened to it and it wasn’t the heart aching but comforting and warm feeling as before, it was more of a “oh this song again” as i have heard it more on alot of other platforms but it just popped up on my recommended and i decided to have a quick listen after all this time, it definitely does feel more like how it made me feel the first few times of listening to it and though it is bittersweet, i still find it nice to think about that person to this song every now and then.
