Yup they sent me an unsolicited DM on Insta. All the dodgy brands that do that, claiming to give you free product are a scam. Often the products never arrive despite payment for shipping, don’t look anything like the images or are horrendous quality. I don’t know why they don’t clamp down harder on these bogus companies. Online fraud is so prevalent these days. It’s scary.

Mine arrived about 10 days or so from purchase. I used it over 2 days and their claims of it matching your skin tone are false & misleading. The worst part is you have to pay return shipping to China! I don't think that's fair considering the product is not fit for purpose. I have to wonder how many reviews are paid and not genuine. I've never purchased from facebook ads, and this is the first and last time.

Wish I'd seen this valuable website before ordering a hair tint powder last month. The company takes NO responsibility if your purchase is not delivered. One of their spokesperson told me it's my responsibility to contact the courier. But the parcel was handled by 3-4 different couriers according to staff at Aust Post. I do not know the names of these couriers and which one misplaced it. Beware of buying anything from this company as they do not honour refunds or make an effort to track missed parcels. I bought it from the official website and it's came today. I try it now and not only that my hair it's more beautiful and color really make me younger, and all the Grey hair are gone. I will follow the steps day by day and I will see it but for me it's a great gift not to use hair color and destroy my hair. I also washed my hair after I wash with water all the Shampoo with other shampoo and my hair looks greater then before and soft. I am really pleased with this product. I don't see it as a scam for now.

From my understanding, it's natural color shouldn't be brown, as I read the brown color indicates the nutrients were roasted away and isn't effective.

The monocular that zooms in on people miles away is a scam! The Solor generator that can run your appliances and you always have power! It takes days to charge the battery. Connecting a generator to a motor will never work. You can't break the laws of physics! If it sounds too good to be true it probably is! If you purchsed one of these items and found out it does not work as promised. Demand a refund and return it. Make the lying crooks go broke!
